Description
Alquila Bahía contacted us because they needed to improve their rental management since they were limited by the system they were using.
After understanding all its internal workflow, we decided to develop a management system for internal staff use with many features:
- - Clients CRUD (companies and individuals).
- - Equipments CRUD. Keep stock and current status of each tool.
- - Rental CRUD. Notices of expiring, automatic calculation of surcharges by return date. Equipment renewals and returns.
- - Delivery notes generation to print them and bring them to customers.
- - Notices of the actual expiring rentals and which ones expires the next day.
- - Cash management. Calculation of daily, weekly and monthly income.
- - Different kind of stadistics.
Additionally, the system stores each movement performed in the database, and performs various statistics about the data that is in it.
